REGISTRATION

Before the registration. Please note:

  1. Make sure the document you are trying to get is actually ready and located in one of the IND desks. Usualy you are notified by your relocation specialist or MijnIND about that.
  2. While the service is trying to book a slot for you it is still strongly recommended that you are trying to register for an appointment manually. Make sure you have your own appointment. Do not rely only on us to make your appoinment.
  3. Do not use the same email for your personal appointment registration and for registration through IND Appointment Locator. IND desk will reject the duplicated appointment request.
  4. We store your personal data only for 10 days maximum. If we are not able to find an appointment slot for you we will delete your personal data from our system and notify you about that.
  5. We collect the minimum of your information required to make an appointment. Literally we mimic the appointment form from IND.

  3. We remove your registration data from our system.

If the IND rejects your appointment booking submitted by us:

  1. You get email from [email protected]
  2. We remove your registration data from our system.

About

IND Appointment Locator is created to help people to get earlier slot for an appointment at Immigration and Naturalisation Service in the Netherlands. Compared to the one you made manually.

Why it may be helpful: usually all the slots are occupied but sometimes few of them gets available. The service will catch the free ones and register you for an appointment. You will get email confirmation in this case.

Once you have 2 appointments you chose the one which suits you best and cancel another one. The link to cancel an appointment is provided by email from [email protected].
